Important Notice
- Admission offer letters shall be issued via email to all candidates selected in the main merit list in the first week of July 2026.
- Candidates placed on the waitlist will be considered for admission only if a candidate from the main merit list withdraws or cancels their admission.
- Admission will be confirmed only after verification of all required original documents and receipt of the prescribed tuition fee. For details regarding the PhD tuition fee, please refer to the Research and Innovation at GITAM | PhD Programme.
- Candidates selected under the Extramural (EMR) category are advised to carefully review the EMR Guidelines and ensure that they satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria before proceeding with the payment of fees. Failure to satisfy the admission requirements may result in the cancellation of the admission offer.
